Hi OP. This seems to be a tape from the NJ Punk band Surgeon General, the songs on this tape being from 1991. The songs in order are Life Slump, Surgeon General’s Warning, and Riot. I’m unsure if these are demo versions or the same ones as released, as I cannot find audio of this one record from them, but you have uploaded other songs from them and the voice and style is identical. You can find the lyrics to these songs on the record page and going to the pictures for their EP ‘Needle In A Pigs Ass’, although I will warn they are difficult to make out, but they are the same. Hope this helps.

This band are favourite for late 80s/early 90s US rock, they have aged well.
